Came here for 2 nights with my family members, everything was lovely. The family room was new-fashioned, included a shampoo and towels. The room was protected with safe.

It was an excellent home base for our very nice stay. The breakfast was fresh made and plentiful at a much cheaper rate, with fabulous food. Amicable and accommodating staff and everything was perfect.

I enjoyed this incredibly beautiful and nice little hotel, it did not disappoint. Breakfast was delicious, particularly good views, incredible location near amazing restaurants close bye bus stops, beaches and the Botanic Gardens. Room was gorgeous and staff nice and courteous.

Everything was great value, had a very pleasant stay on holidays. The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful at a much cheaper rate and the food was savoury. We had a good sized bedroom. The location was nice and perfect, right on a park which is lovely, and the bed really nice. Loved that it was set near to bus stop.
Well, the area was poor overall.

The accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean, the ambience was quiet. The room was newly renovated with the photographs advertised on the webside, queen bed plus shower, worth it, great value. The breakfast selection was fresh and fantastic at a much cheaper rate. I spent here 3 great days and would like to come again.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, yet some staff members were poor. The breakfast was sensational with black pudding and toast, for instance, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Its location was great, to the center of Edinburgh, and in a good area.
The bathroom I had was a bit tired.

The place was cute and rooms here were absolutely spotless and huge. The location was stunning and excellent, next to the waterfront area, the lovely Port of Leith, and the local attractions. Ate at Queen Charlotte Rooms, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
Though everything was good, some of the staff were poor.

The stay certainly was great value. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, delicious food, good views. The hotel was situated in the central location nearer to the attractions. In The Percy Pl you could have Indian meals. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I liked spotless room. They had a flexible check-in.
